Delivery Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of images in stock. Custom orders or items out of stock may require additional time. In such a case you will be given an estimated date of arrival with your order confirmation.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unusual event of a damaged or incorrect order call us as soon as possible at (248) 682-3624. Customers outside our local calling area may reach us toll free at (800) 788-3044. You may also email us by clicking on the Contact link at the top of this page. Please provide us with a daytime telephone number or email address where will can contact you. Our normal operating business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm eastern time.

In the case of a damaged image, if physical damage is made to the box, keep the box so that the carrier has a chance to inspect it. Regardless of how the damage occurred it’s our policy to attempt to fix it, at our expense, with a framer in your local area. If however, a local repair is not possible we ask that you place the product back into the original packaging materials. A call tag will be issued for the shipping company to come and retrieve the package. We will reship your replacement as soon as the original order is received. The same repackage and call tag procedure is to be followed for incorrect orders.
